Sunday 2nd May sees the arrival of Folk Against Facism’s Village Fete on South Bank. Imagined Village collaborator Jackie Oates will be on hand, in May Queen attire, to regale passers by with song, friendly chatter, and a new ballistic from our friends at Lush called BTNG (B*ll*cks To Nick Griffin).

Last Sunday, Simon Emmerson of The Imagined Village appeared on Channel 4 News to talk about the threat of the BNP and how folk music is responding to it.
